B-cell Precursors in Lymphocyte Screening Tubes:
You can isolate B-cell precursors in Lymphocyte Screening Tubes by gating CD19+ cells and looking at a CD38 vs CD45 plot, or CD19 vs CD45 plot.
The B-cell precursors are distinguished from mature B-cells by their lower expression of CD45 and their bright expression of CD38. They usually form three distinct clusters on the CD38 vs CD45 plot.
