Learn Flow Cytometry

Welcome to Learn Flow Cytometry.

There are a number of books and other resources that cover the mechanics of flow cytometry and the various markers that are used. This website is meant to complement available resources and aims to provide a practical and comprehensive approach to flow cytometry analysis, addressing issues such as how to recognize patterns and classify normal or aberrant cell populations, how to assess maturation patterns and how to avoid certain pitfalls when analyzing a case.
